Known as "The Opal City," Helsmford has long stood as a bastion of honor and goodness in the world. The Helmsford theme highlights peaceful majesty, honor, and nobility. Taken from Final Fantasy VIII's "The Oath", the Helmsford Theme is easily my favorite song on the list.
