Katzu-Matzu is an island paradise who's culture much resembles a combination of Asian lifestyles. Though it is no Cornish Trade Ground, it's central location makes it a popular destination for sailor's, traders, pirates, and those looking to get away from ordinary life. The theme is from Final Fantasy VII's "Wutai" theme. The two cities are much the same.
